Prices as displayed here on our general tariff WILL vary from the actual cost of your holiday slot -

Depending on our current availability, your actual party size, your selected options & actual occupancy levels - Individual prices for lodges WILL increase as there are fewer lodges available for any particular holiday slot. 

We reserve our keenest prices for those guests who book the earliest - So may we suggest that you be quick & grab a great deal!

PLEASE NOTE - VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Due to a number of property owners recent decision to increase their on going costs to us as agents, it is with regret that we need to start charging for a number of “options”, that were previously offered as free of charge, for all bookings.

These options include the option of broadband facilities at your chosen property, the option of a BBQ and also the imposing of a small levy of winter heating charges.

Without us levying these charges, it would simply be commercially unviable for us to continue to offer our selection of high end luxury lakeside properties at the current prices.

We have taken the difficult decision to keep our current pricing structure set at the highly competitive rates as advertised, and to offer our portfolio of properties at the current level of competitive rates, with a view to try and claw back some of these unexpected charges, with minimal impact to you the customer.

WINTER HEATING SURCHARGE:

As of the 3rd June 2011 (3.6.11)  and going forwards - We are proposing a small surcharge to cover the extra fuel costs for the months of October ~ March, inclusive. The charge is £ 30 per weekend £ 34.95 for a mid-week break and £ 39.95 for a weekly break; this charge will be clearly shown on your holiday invoice.

ADDITIONAL OCCUPANCY CHARGE:

In order that we remain competitive for smaller party sizes, we have reduced the cost of all of our holiday prices, right across the board, by an average of £ 200 & then implemented an Additional Occupancy Surcharge to cover the extra wear & tear, cleaning costs and laundry costs associated with larger party sizes. This is applicable to party sizes of 6 guests or more. This is levied at £ 65 for 6-7 guests, £ 85 for 8-9 guests and £ 95 for 10-11 guests. This amount will be clearly shown & automatically added to your final invoice.
