Directions:

• M4 Junction 15 Swindon
• North on A419 to Cirencester
• Turn left to B4696 Spine Road. Signposted to South Cerney
• Go straight over crossroads, following signs to Somerford Keynes
• After apx. 3 miles turn left down Mill Lane
• Drive down Mill Lane and enter the estate through the cream gates on your right

Directions from the M5:

Leave the M5 at Junction 11A whether you are coming from the North or the South and head along the A417Cirencester/Swindon direction. After approximately 16 miles on the A419,
take the Spine Road junction, signposted for the Cotswold Water Park. Head towards Ashton Keynes and Oaksey.

Continue for about 3 miles until you reach a staggered cross roads (signposted Somerford Keynes / Oaksey), go straight over and Lower Mill Estate is on the left after approximately 1½ miles. Turn left into the lane and continue until you reach the second set of gates on your right hand side, which are ornamental cream gates, decorated with bull rushes.

By Rail:

Kemble Railway Station is on the main line from London. The journey takes around 1 hour 15 minutes from London Paddington. Lower Mill Estate is then a ten minute drive from the station.
